What is SSC One Time Registration (OTR)?

SSC One Time Registration is a facility provided by the Staff Selection Commission of India (SSC). It is a digital process through which candidates can register once and apply for multiple exams. Notifications issued by SSC require that candidates must first apply through a one-time registration process. After this, they can go to their profile and apply for various posts. This is such a facility that candidates will not need to upload the records again and again.

How to Online in SSC One Time Registration 2024?

Follow the following steps to do SSC One Time Registration in 2024:

• Go to the official website of SSC i.e. ssc.gov.in.
• Click on “Login or Register” option on the home page of the official website of SSC.
• After clicking, you have to click on “Register Now” option below.
• After this, a page of “One Time Registration” form will open in front of you, which will have to be filled. Here enter your required information like name, father’s name, mother’s name, address, date of birth, Aadhar card number, mobile number, email ID and high school class 10 roll number etc.
• After the candidate has filled all the required information, you have to submit the form.
• An OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered email id and mobile number, the same has to be entered.
• Once the registration part first process is complete, OTR will send the registration number and password to the candidate’s email or mobile number.
• Then the candidate has to change the password received on his/her email.
• After this you will have to login by typing the password along with the registration number.
• After this the candidate should change his/her default password. When creating a new password, it must be eight digits long using lowercase letters, capital letters, numbers and special characters.
• Then the candidate has to login again after changing the password, after that enter his/her nationality, category, visible identification mark, permanent and local address information in the form.
• Then you have to first click on the preview button of One Time Registration (OTR) to double check all the information, if there is any error then correct it, otherwise click on submit button.
• Candidates can also apply for the exam by logging into the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) dashboard and can also get information about admit card, result.
