Oscar Awards 2023: The world-famous hit movie RRR’s viral song “Naatu Naatu” won the Oscar for Best Original Song at the 95th Academy Awards, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today thanked composer MM Keeravaani, lyricist Chandrabose, and the entire production crew. It has won an Oscar for the first time ever for an Indian production.

Keeravani and Chandrabose winning an award for their song “Naatu Naatu” in SS Rajamouli’s “RRR,” which stars Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, this year offers a lot of potential, particularly for India. The Telugu song would be the first to win an Oscar if they did. Moreover, Guneet Monga’s endearing production “The Elephant Whisperers” earned the Best Documentary Short category prize.

The song “Naatu Naatu” by RRR won the Best Original Song Oscar at the 95th Academy Awards (Oscars 2023). The vocalists for the song were Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava. It was written by MM Keeravani and published in March 2022 with lyrics and music by Chandrabose.
